Engaged Capital and JCP Investment Management Gain Board Representation at Jamba Juice

The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, Fox News, The Deal and other media reported that Engaged Capital and JCP Investment Management, reached a settlement with Jamba Juice regarding the composition of its Board of Directors. Jamba Juice agreed to immediately appoint Glenn Welling of Engaged Capital and James Pappas of JCP Investment Management to its Board of Directors and have one of the company’s existing directors step down. The Olshan team representing JCP Investment Management included Steve Wolosky, Meagan Reda and Ryan Nebel.
