Activist Client Elliott Management Gains Board Representation at CDK Global

Reuters, TheStreet, Insider Monkey and other media sources reported that Olshan client Elliott Management entered into an agreement with CDK Global, Inc., pursuant to which CDK agreed to appoint two independent directors identified by Elliott to its board of directors.  Steve Wolosky, Andrew Freedman and Kenneth Mantel represent Elliott Management in connection with its investment in CDK.
