Activist Client Cove Street Capital Reaches Agreement for Board Representation at Forestar Group

Yahoo! Finance and other media sources reported on an agreement reached between Olshan client Cove Street Capital and Forestar Group Inc. Under the agreement with Forestar, Cove Street appointed Ashton Hudson to the Board of Directors.  Andrew Freedman represented Cove Street Capital in its investment in Forestar Group.
