Olshan Completes $1.5 Million PIPE Offering for Client

Olshan represented Iroquois Master Fund Ltd, Iroquois Capital Investment Group and American Capital Management in connection with a PIPE transaction in WPCS International Incorporated. In connection with the transaction, Iroquois Master Fund Ltd, Iroquois Capital Investment Group and American Capital Management received Preferred Stock and Warrants. The transaction ensures that WPCS International Incorporated has sufficient stockholders equity to maintain its Nasdaq listing.
