Client Dialectic Capital Management Reaches Settlement With Tellabs

Dialectic Capital Management, LLC reached an agreement with Tellabs, Inc., a leading telecom equipment provider, pursuant to which Tellabs will appoint two new directors to its 10-person board following its annual stockholders meeting on May 2, 2012, plus a third director by no later than December 31, 2012. Steve Wolosky, Michael Neidell and Amanda Lamson represented Dialectic Capital.
