Broadfin Capital Reaches Agreement with Nevro Corp. for Leadership Changes and Board Representation

Fox Business, TheStreet and other media sources reported on an agreement reached between Olshan client Broadfin Capital and Nevro Corp. Pursuant to the agreement, Rami Elghandour stepped down as Nevro’s President, CEO and a director, and D. Keith Grossman was appointed as the company’s President, CEO and a director, effective immediately. Two new independent directors, Bess Weatherman and Kevin O’Boyle, were also appointed to Nevro’s Board and a second incumbent director also resigned from the Board. Steve Wolosky, Ryan Nebel and Ian Engoron represent Broadfin Capital in connection with its investment in Nevro Corp.
