Shareholder Group Led by Olshan Client Bradley Radoff Gains Board Representation at Canadian Company Photon Control

On November 3, 2016, Michael Torok, of JEC Capital Partners, and another independent director were appointed to the board of directors of Photon Control Inc. Mr. Torok was suggested to the board of directors by a shareholder group led by Olshan client, Bradley Radoff, and JEC Capital Partners. Steve Wolosky and Ryan P. Nebel represented the shareholder group in connection with its investment in Photon Control.
