Bisceglie and Ross Seek Millions from Zoo

Adweek recently reported on Atari’s multi-million dollar suit against Ohio game developer Zoo Publishing. Taking to heart the coin phrase “It’s on like Donkey Kong,” Atari claims Zoo failed to deliver video game orders for Nintendo DS games financed by Atari and sold the product directly to the public in violation of their contract.  Kyle C. Bisceglie, Herbert C. Ross and Peter M. Sartorius represent Atari.
