Bisceglie Represents Yu-Gi-Oh! in Dispute with 4Kids

The Hollywood Reporter, Wordpress and many industry websites reported on the lawsuit brought by Olshan on behalf of TV Tokyo Corporation and Nihon Ad Systems, Inc. (“NAS”) seeking millions of dollars in damages against 4Kids Entertainment for fraud and violations of licensing agreements for the Yu-Gi-Oh!franchise. At the same time, NAS terminated their licensing agreement with 4Kids. Kyle C. Bisceglie represents the plaintiffs in the action.
