Bisceglie Featured in NLJ Top 100 Verdicts of 2009

The National Law Journal’s: Top 100 Verdicts of 2009 included Olshan's verdict for our client Guidance Endodontics last year. Kyle C. Bisceglie was trial counsel for Guidance. It was 2009's third largest breach of contract and second largest verdict involving a medical instrument.
