NY Post Reports on Olshan Client's Ground Lease

The New York Post reported that Atlas Capital Group and Rockpoint Group have ground leased an 99,558-square-foot, eight-story garage building at 430 W. 15th St. in the Meatpacking District with plans to redevelop the structure into a modern office building. The structure will feature retail space on the lower level, penthouse offices with terraces and an expansive roof deck. Olshan attorneys Sam Ross and Dov Brandstatter represented the ground lessor in the deal.
