Kingdon Capital and Velan Capital Reach Agreement with OptiNose for Board Representation

Olshan clients Kingdon Capital and Velan Capital reached an agreement with OptiNose, Inc. pursuant to which R. John Fletcher was appointed to the company’s Board of Directors. Ryan Nebel and Nikoleta Holevas represent Kingdon Capital and Velan Capital in connection with their investment in OptiNose.
