Ancora Advisors Obtains Board Representation at Potbelly

Olshan client Ancora Advisors announced that it has reached an agreement with Potbelly Corporation, pursuant to which Joseph Boehm, portfolio manager of Ancora Advisors, has been appointed to the Board of Directors.  Mr. Boehm will join the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee and the Strategic Review Committee.  Steve Wolosky and Ryan P. Nebel represent Ancora Advisors in connection with its investment in Potbelly Corporation.
