Olshan Represents Lawrence Seidman for Bankwell Financial Group Board Seat

As reported in American Banker (subscription required), Olshan represented Lawrence Seidman, who will join the board of Bankwell Financial Group at its 2020 annual meeting. Until that time, he will act as a nonvoting observer on Bankwell’s board and will remain on the board as long as he holds at least 5% of Bankwell’s shares. Shareholder activism partner Michael Neidell represented Mr. Seidman in this matter.
