Alexander Ferrini Joins Olshan’s Real Estate Law Practice

Olshan Frome Wolosky LLP is pleased to announce that Alexander Ferrini has joined the firm as a partner and will head the Construction Law group in Olshan’s Real Estate Law practice.

“Alex’s expertise in construction law is the perfect complement to Olshan’s real estate and litigation teams, and will be of enormous value to our clients,” said Thomas D. Kearns, a partner in Olshan’s Real Estate Law practice. “Olshan’s real estate clients face increasingly complex transactional and litigation issues in their construction projects, and Alex’s in-depth knowledge and experience in this area will greatly expand our ability to help clients navigate these issues.”

Mr. Ferrini’s practice is focused on representing owners ranging from public institutions and institutional developers to private developers and individuals in identifying and resolving the complex challenges involved in their construction projects. Mr. Ferrini formed his own firm in 2007 in order to provide enhanced client service and forge long-term client relationships.  Mr. Ferrini brings a wealth of practical and legal experience in both transactional and litigation matters, drawing on both 18 years practicing construction law as well as his experience managing a multi-office business servicing the commercial construction market.

Mr. Ferrini is an adjunct professor at New York Law School teaching Construction Law in the LLM program and has authored numerous articles on construction and design industry topics. He received his J.D. cum laude from the Albany Law School, Union University and received his B.A. from Cornell University.
