Mitchell Raab Presents on Venture Financing at Accelerate Yale

Olshan Corporate partner Mitchell Raab recently co-presented at Accelerate Yale on legal considerations for debt and equity financings of early stage companies. Raab addressed securities law matters, SAFEs, convertible notes and convertible preferred equity, as well as fundraising best practices to an audience of founders, strategic and financial investors, and advisors active in the startup ecosystem in New York and beyond.  Accelerate Yale is a global community of alumni and friends of Yale University who are engaged in innovation, tech, and entrepreneurship.
