$255M Cypress Bioscience Merger for Client Ramius

Bloomberg reported Olshan’s client Ramius and Royalty Pharma merger agreement to acquire Cypress Bioscience, Inc., in a transaction valued at $255 million. Many national media outlets, including The Wall Street Journal, Reuters and Forbes have reported the story.
