Jointly organized by Columbia Law School’s Ira M. Millstein Center for Global Markets and Corporate Ownership, Duke Law School, and Berkeley Law School, the conference convened academics and practitioners to explore whether and how passive funds might be able to vote shares in a mirrored fashion.
