Event
CUNY Graduate Center Proshansky Auditorium, New York, NY

Olshan Real Estate Law partner Gregory Jaske will speak at Commercial Observer’s Data Centers Development & Infrastructure Forum on October 6 at the CUNY Graduate Center Proshansky Auditorium in New York. Greg will be moderating the panel “The AI Resource Equation: Power, Water & Community Impact.” The forum will bring together developers, investors, operators, engineers, utilities, policymakers and other industry leaders to examine how the rapid growth of artificial intelligence is reshaping data center development and digital infrastructure. Greg will explore the growing demand for power and mission-critical facilities, as well as the investment, development and infrastructure challenges accompanying that growth. Attendees will hear perspectives on how AI is influencing capital flows and asset values, particularly in the Northeast, and how the industry is addressing grid constraints, power and water requirements, community impacts and sustainability mandates. The program will also provide insights across the mission-critical development cycle, from infrastructure and financing considerations to the future of urban edge facilities. The event offers an opportunity to connect with the developers, capital providers and policymakers helping shape the infrastructure needed to support continued AI growth.
