Securities and Exchange Commission Roundtable

On February 19, 2015, Olshan Activist & Equity Investment Practice Chair Steve Wolosky will participate on the renowned Securities and Exchange Commission Roundtable on the topic of “Universal Proxy Ballots” at the SEC’s headquarters located in Washington D.C. The roundtable panel will discuss the focus on the state of contested director elections and whether changes should be made to the federal proxy rules to facilitate the use of universal proxy ballots by management and proxy contestants.
