Steve Wolosky will be speaking at the Shareholder Engagement and Activism Seminar in Hong Kong hosted by The Asian Institute of International Financial Law (AIIFL), University of Hong Kong, De Chapeaurouge + Partners and ONC Lawyers.  The one day seminar, taking place on November 11, 2016 in Hong Kong, is an international conference focusing on the shift on the Hong Kong Corporate Governance regime from companies and issuers to shareholders.
