On January 17-18, Olshan Corporate partner Kenneth Silverman will be a panelist at SophoMORE Connections, a two-day career exploration program at Colgate University that brings alumni and students together for specialized networking and career exploration. In Ken’s 24-year tenure at Olshan, he’s counseled domestic and international clients in connection with mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, private placements, including venture capital, and shareholder activism.
