Bisceglie Chairs CLE Panel: Managing Significant Litigation for Your Company

Kyle Bisceglie chaired a four-person panel with three in-house attorneys for the LexisNexis CLE entitled “Crisis Management for the In-House Counsel: Managing Significant Litigation for Your Company” on October 22, 2012. The panel discussed comprehensive key procedures, “to do’s,” insights and issues through an entire life cycle of a major litigation from pre-litigation planning considerations to settlement based on their collective experiences. The program was designed to provide corporate counsel with a complete issue spotting checklist when representing corporations in major litigation.
