Using Leases as Financing Tools

Real Estate Partner Thomas Kearns will participate in a CLE webinar on May 1^st titled “Using Leases as Financing Tools,” co-sponsored by the American Bar Association and the American College of Real Estate Lawyers. Mr. Kearns will serve as a panelist discussing “Sophisticated Ground Lease Transactions.” Topics to be covered will include the concerns of lenders and what fee mortgagees want to see in a ground lease; and a discussion of the perils of rent resets and learn how to avoid them.
