ABA 5th Annual U.S.-Latin American Tax Planning Strategies Conference

Eduardo Cukier co-chaired a panel titled 'Investment Fund Structures and Incentives for Investment Throughout Latin America' at the 5th Annual U.S.-Latin American Tax Planning Strategies Conference held June 13-15 in Miami, FL by the American Bar Association. His panel included speakers from Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Spain and the United States. The panel focused on a case study to illuminate efficient tax structures in each country to plan the acquisition and disposition of investments by investment funds.
