Olshan Represents Bonjour Capital in Sale of 358 Broadway in Tribeca for $57M

Commercial Observer (subscription required) reported on Olshan client Bonjour Capital’s sale of its fee and leasehold interests in a mixed-use property at 358 Broadway in Tribeca to Dependable Equities for $57 million. Co-Chair of Olshan’s Real Estate Law Practice Eric Goldberg led the Olshan team that represented Bonjour Capital in this transaction, which included real estate partner Hyman Kindler and real estate associate Sari Kreutzer.
