15th Annual U.S. and Latin America Tax Practice Trends Conference

Partner and Chair of Olshan’s Tax Practice Eduardo Cukier served as co-chair of the panel “Challenges Latin American Investors Face When Investing Into the United States,” as part of the 15th Annual U.S. and Latin America Tax Practice Trends Conference held by the American Bar Association, the International Bar Association and the International Fiscal Association – USA Branch in Miami, Florida, June 14-16, 2023. The panel was comprised of seven leading tax advisors in the United States and Latin America. The panel addressed inbound U.S. tax considerations as well as tax considerations for investors in several Latin American jurisdictions, including Argentina, Brazil, Colombia and Mexico, making investments into the United States.
