Olshan Negotiates Lease for Eataly SoHo Location

The New York Times (subscription required), Crain’s New York Business, Connect CRE and other media outlets reported that Olshan client Eataly has opened a new location, which spans about 20,000 square feet at 200 Lafayette Street in SoHo, located on the corner of Broome and Lafayette Streets. Now with 50 locations across the globe and its third in New York City, the Italian grocery/eat-in dining destination’s SoHo location houses a 200-seat restaurant and an all-day café. Olshan Of Counsel Steven Gursky negotiated the lease for the new location. Other lawyers who worked on related Eataly issues include partners Kyle Bisceglie, Kenneth Silverman, Mary Grieco and associate Morgan Spina.
