 multi-use developments of up to $500M. He also\nworks in 
 construction dispute resolution and litigation and 
 has\nsuccessfully appeared in numerous trial and appellate 
 courts. Alex is an\nadjunct professor at New York Law School\, 
 teaching Construction Law in the\nLLM program\, and has authored 
 numerous articles on construction and design\nindustry
