Mark A. Limardo Joins Olshan as Partner in Firm’s Tax and Personal Planning Group
Olshan Frome Wolosky LLP is pleased to announce that Mark A. Limardo has joined the firm as a partner in the firm’s Tax and Personal Planning Group.

Mr. Limardo concentrates his practice in corporate and tax planning for complex commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, cross – border structures, and exchange-traded financial products. He is also an expert in the use of federal and state tax credits as a source of tax-advantaged equity for real estate and other ventures, including low-income housing tax credits, historic tax credits, new markets tax credits and energy-related tax credits.

As part of his affordable housing and community development practice, Mr. Limardo represents developers, equity investors, syndicators, community development entities (CDEs), consultants and lenders. He also counsels not-for-profit entities on a broad range of issues, such as corporate governance, project structuring and joint ventures with for-profit developers.
Mr. Limardo belongs to the New York State Association for Affordable Housing, the New York State Bar Association and the New York City Bar Association. He is one of the principal organizers of the Bronx Real Estate Summit, a twice-a-year forum that brings together representatives from the private, not-for-profit and public sectors to discuss real estate issues in the Bronx.
He received his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School and his B.A. from the University of Virginia.
