Elizabeth Gonzalez-Sussman Speaking at 2022 Garrett and Corporate Counsel Institute Conference

Olshan Shareholder Activist partner Elizabeth Gonzalez-Sussman will speak on the panel, “Universal Proxy and Other Activism Trends: Coming Soon to an Annual Meeting Near You” as part of the 2022 Garrett and Corporate Counsel Institute. Panelists will discuss key developments and lessons learned from the 2022 proxy season, virtual shareholder meetings in the 2023 proxy season and beyond, how the new universal proxy rules will fundamentally change the 2023 proxy season, and preparing for shareholder meetings under the new universal proxy rules. The conference, hosted by Northwestern Pritzker School of Law, will take place on September 21-23, 2022 at the Thorne Auditorium in Chicago. Elizabeth will be speaking at 10:45AM on Thursday, September 22nd.
