Elizabeth Gonzalez-Sussman Speaks at UVA Law School Conference on Activism in the Corporate World

On February 1, 2019, Elizabeth Gonzalez-Sussman was part of a panel entitled Anatomy of Activist Engagement hosted by the University of Virginia School of Law. The conference, “A View From the Boardroom: Directors in an Era of Activism,” addressed developments in corporate law and how recent changes in companies deal with shareholders.
