Activist Client Starboard Nominates 6 Candidates to the Office Depot Board of Directors

The Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg, Fox Business, Reuters and other national media reported on Starboard’s announcement that it has nominated six highly-qualified candidates to Office Depot’s board of directors. Starboard is the largest common shareholder of the company and is urging Office Depot to revamp the board prior to completing its proposed merger with OfficeMax. Steve Wolosky, Andrew M. Freedman and Camielle N. Green represent Starboard in connection with its activist investment at Office Depot.
