Elizabeth Gonzalez-Sussman Speaks at 2022 NIRI Annual Conference

Olshan Shareholder Activist partner and Head of ESG Activist Investing Elizabeth Gonzalez-Sussman spoke on the panel, “Shareholder Activism Update (From the Activist’s Perspective),” as part of the 2022 National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI) Annual Conference. Panelists discussed trends in shareholder activism, explored the intersection of activism and ESG, shared strategies corporations can take to engage with activists, and identified ways corporations can reduce risks. The “must-attend” IR event of the year took place on June 5-7, in the Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport. Elizabeth spoke at 1:00PM on Monday, June 6^th.
