Elizabeth Gonzalez-Sussman Lecturing on Shareholder Activism at New York Law School

Olshan Shareholder Activist partner Elizabeth Gonzalez-Sussman will be giving a lecture entitled “Shareholder Activism: An Overview” on October 25, 2022 as part of a lecture series at New York Law School.  In this lecture, organized by New York Law School and the Center for Business and Financial Law, Elizabeth will be providing an overview of shareholder activism, including why shareholders engage in activism and activist strategies.  She will also discuss her own work in ESG activism and the impact of recent regulatory changes on shareholder activism.
