Law 360 Reports on Nike Trademark Win

Law 360 (subscription required) reported that a Magistrate Judge for the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey  refused to dismiss Nike Inc.'s trademark infringement, trademark counterfeiting and Tariff Act claims which allege that City Ocean International Inc. imported and distributed more than 20,000 counterfeit Nike sneakers by using false documents while attempting to clear the counterfeit sneakers through U.S. Customs.
