As a member of Olshan’s Litigation Group, Lisette Candia Diaz assists throughout the litigation process by performing legal research, analyzing evidence, interviewing clients, and drafting affidavits and motions.

While attending Brooklyn Law School, Lisette was an Edward V. Sparer Fellow and belonged to the Phi Delta Phi Legal Honors Society and to the Latin American Law Students Association (LALSA). She worked as a legal intern at LatinoJustice PRLDEF throughout law school, and as an undergraduate at Harvard College, she was a non-resident tutor on the Pforzheimer House Race Relations Team.

Before law school, Lisette was a Pro Bono Coordinator at Kirkland & Ellis LLP, where she curated pro bono projects for seven of the firm’s offices across the U.S. and abroad. She also worked at the American Civil Liberties Union as a Litigation Paralegal in the Immigrants' Rights Project.

Lisette was a summer associate at Olshan in 2023 before joining the firm full-time.
