Jordan Finkel is a member of Olshan's Litigation Group, where he represents clients in complex commercial disputes in state and federal courts.

Jordan's practice covers a broad range of matters, including business disputes, civil class actions, antitrust and consumer protection issues and fraud-related claims.

Jordan handles all phases of litigation, from pleadings and discovery to dispositive motions and trial preparations. He has argued motions in court, including motions in limine and to compel, and has served as both first and second chair in depositions. He regularly manages fact and expert discovery and collaborates with industry experts to fully understand the nuances of the business and industry at the center of each dispute.

Before joining Olshan, Jordan was a litigation associate at Robins Kaplan LLP in their New York office.
