Olshan Advises Client Starboard on Its Agreement with Kenvue for Three New Board Seats

Olshan client Starboard Value LP reached an agreement with Kenvue Inc. (NYSE: KVUE), the world’s largest pure-play consumer health company by revenue, pursuant to which Kenvue appointed three new directors to its board, including Starboard’s Jeffrey Smith and two independent directors, Sarah Hofstetter, President of Profitero, Ltd., and Erica Mann, former President and Head of Bayer’s Consumer Health Division.  Olshan Co-Managing Partner and Chair of the firm’s Shareholder Activism Practice Andrew Freedman, Shareholder Activism partner Meagan Reda, and Shareholder Activism associate Mark Kiley represented Starboard Value LP in this matter.
