Bradley L. Radoff and Michael Torok Reach Agreement with Alto Ingredients for Board Changes

Olshan clients Bradley L. Radoff and Michael Torok reached an agreement with Alto Ingredients pursuant to which two long-standing directors, including the Chairman of the Board, agreed not to stand for re-election at the company’s upcoming annual meeting of stockholders. Vice Chair of Olshan’s Shareholder Activism Practice Group Ryan Nebel represented Bradley L. Radoff and Michael Torok in connection with their investment in Alto Ingredients.
