Wolosky to Participate at Shareholder and Hedge Fund Activism Seminar in Germany

Olshan Activist Partner Steve Wolosky will be speaking at the Shareholder and Hedge Fund Activism hosted by the Institute for Law and Finance and De Chapeaurouge + Partners. The two day seminar is an international conference taking place on April 7-8, 2016 in Frankfurt, Germany. Steve will address the panel Legal Underpinnings of Launching a Shareholder and Hedge Fund Activist Equity Campaign.
