Wolosky Represents Buyer of Landry's Restaurants for $1.3 billion

Landry's Restaurants, Inc., announced a deal with its CEO, Tilman J. Fertitta, to sell the company to an entity controlled by Mr. Fertitta in a transaction valued at $1.3 billion. Steve Wolosky represents the buyer. The lawyers working on the deal include Michael R. Neidell and Jason S. Saltsberg.
