Wolosky Leads dELiA*s Sale of CCS to Foot Locker

Olshan client, dELiA*s, Inc., a direct marketing and retail company, announced that it sold CCS business (which includes apparel, footwear, skateboard and snowboard products) to Foot Locker, Inc. for cash price of $103.2 million.
