Olshan Represents Calvin Klein in Flagship Lease

WWD (subscription required) recently reported on the reimaging of the Calvin Klein Flagship store at 654 Madison Avenue. As stated, the “Flagship, which underwent  a makeover in July [of 2017], is expected to have a complete renovation at an unspecified date.” Olshan Real Estate represented Calvin Klein in the negotiation of the Lease.
