NY Post Reports on Vornado taking over as Ground Lessee at Swiss Center on Fifth Avenue

The New York Post and The Real Deal reported that Vornado Realty Trust has taken over the ground lessee position at the Swiss Center at 608 Fifth Avenue from RFR Holdings. Sam Ross represented the Korein family, who owns the land, in connection with the new ground lease with Vornado which runs until April 30, 2026. The Vornado transaction follows a successful ground rent re-set arbitration by the Koreins co-counseled by Ross against RFR.
