Two Roket Projects Nominated as Retail Deal of the Year

The New York Post reported that the Real Estate Board of New York announced its Retail Deal of the Year nominees. From the 13 submissions, Olshan Real Estate Partner Nina Roket handled two of the notable retail transactions. Nina is the lead project counsel for TurnStyle, the underground shopping corridor in the concourse of the Columbus Circle subway station, and represented the Building owner at 8 Times Square in the Foot Locker lease for its flagship location.
