Times Reports on Investment by Western

The Fair Game column on the first page of the April 29, 2007 New York Times' Sunday Business Section highlighted the work done by Olshan on behalf of Western Investment LLC, a shareholder in two Neuberger Berman closed end funds. By actively enforcing shareholder rights, Olshan's lawyers were able to help Western increase the dividend the funds were paying, thereby increasing value for all shareholders.
