Activist Client Macellum Advisors Wins Board Seat in Citi Trends Proxy Victory

TheStreet and other media sources covered the successful completion of Macellum Advisors’ activist campaign at Citi Trends in connection with the company’s 2017 annual meeting of stockholders. Based on preliminary tabulations, Macellum nominee Jonathan Duskin was elected to the Board of Directors of Citi Trends at the annual meeting.
