The Real Deal and Crain's reported on our client VF Outdoor signing a 10-year lease for a Vans store at 104 North 6th Street in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. The space in this two-story building is approximately 3,000 square feet, and it was previously occupied by American Apparel. The store opening will be Vans first in the neighborhood.
