The Real Deal Reports on Olshan Client Civic Builders New Charter School Development in South Bronx

The Real Deal reported that Olshan client Civic Builders, a nonprofit developer of Charter Schools, is developing a new charter school located in the South Bronx. Civic Builders controls the Mott Haven property through a leasehold condominium and will avoid paying conversion costs and property taxes on the $20 million project.  Real Estate partner Alexander Ferrini is responsible for the design and construction agreements for the Charter School redevelopment.
